What Our Customers Have To Say:
We bought the Standard Hay Pillow a few months ago but I wanted to test it out before I commented on it. Turns out Tanawa our cushings/laminitic horse prefers it to the hay net! I have attached a photo of Tanawa right after I fed breakfast, as usual he eats from the hay pillow before eating from the net. Thank you for a wonderful product! ~Carolyn
We just received our Mini Hay Pillow, and we love it, as does Apollo! Nice and easy to use, and less hay waste! My husband is a disabled veteran and Apollo is his service animal, so he is traveling with us in the minivan all the time. The hay pillow makes it so much easier and cleaner for him to have hay when he is riding with us.~Chantell
I LOVE my Hanging Hay Pillow. It's perfect for traveling to horsemanship clinics! I use it inside the horse trailer while transporting, outside the horse trailer when Bo is tied, and in the corral at night. Thanks for a quality, versatile slow feed hay bag. ~Maureen
The Manger Hay Pillow has been a game changer. No more wasted hay on the horse trailer floor and the hay lasts for at least 6 hours! Dusty is so much more relaxed in the trailer and once we arrive at our destination. ~Tina
“I have attached a photo of my three Nigerian dwarf goats (Dutch, Waylon, and Joker) and their Mini Hay Pillow. They LOVE it and I love it too. I'm thrilled that it's slowed down their foraging, is cutting down on wasted hay, and is keeping them very busy throughout the day. I have hay pillows for my horse as well, and I'd never go back to any other kind of feeder. Thanks for everything you do!” ~ Arah

My Arabian was having complex chiropractic issues and after many denied requests to the boarding barn to feed her hay on the ground (too messy, etc) I had my equine Chiropracter write me a “doctor’s note” that she must be ground-fed. Hence I purchased an off-brand hay pillow which was awesome but promptly fell apart. My pretty mare deserves the Standard Hay Pillow with 1 3/4" mesh. The last adjustment was much improved and I know it is a result of throwing away the hay net hung on the wall and her being able to eat from the ground. Her health depends on having easy access from the ground :-) These hay pillows are amazing and it would be wonderful to win one. Then I will buy a 2nd as we like to have 2 pre-filled for the barn workers. Thank you so much!!
The best hay pillow for Oakley and Glam would be the hanging hay pillow with the 1 3/4” mesh size! I’m looking into different methods of incorporating slow-fed hay into my feeding regime. Hoping to see how these work to keep hay in front of them for a longer period to help reduce feeding anxiety and ulcer risk!
We have a couple standard hay pillows and a hanging hay pillow all of which we use daily! It has made a huge difference in regulating our ponies hay intake and managing waste. Finally our little chunky monkey is starting to look more trim and her crest has gone down significantly
Would love to have another standard pillow with the 1-1/4" mesh so I can cycle them out for washing.
Bailey would love to have a hay pillow! She is on sand lot 24/7 due to PPID and EMS, meaning she eats out of nets daily! A hay pillow would be great to allow her to eat off the ground in different areas. She would do best with the standard hay pillow 1-3/4 size.
Cy would do best with a Standard Hay Pillow with 1 3/4” mesh as he is a hard keeper but is prone to wasting and scattering hay which doesn’t make the barn owner happy. Being 25yrs old with a history of ulcers he needs hay in front of him at all times. The Hay Pillow would help him so much to get adequate forage without waste.
