Items
must be in new condition and returned within 30 days. Refunds cannot be given for:
- Items that have been used or altered
- Washed
- Soiled
- Possess animal hair
- Have remnants of hay or chopped forage
We inspect all returns thoroughly.
You may request a return label and pricing by contacting us at
info@thehaypillow.com. Although we don’t offer free return labels, we can provide a USPS return label that will be deducted from your refund for our discounted rates. Unfortunately, we can’t buy return labels via UPS. Or, you can ship it with a carrier and pricing of your choice.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds cannot be given on lost packages or damaged items from shipping.

Please allow 5-7 days from the time we receive your return to process and refund. Refunds will be credited via the original payment source.
Include a copy of your receipt, phone # and reason for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not an option. Simply place an order for the items you want and return your unused items within 30 days.
